More than 50 years learning from nature
The Escola EFA Quintanes is a private educational centre subsidised by the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia.
Through our teaching and training programmes, we aim to contribute to the professional, cultural and social promotion of the rural environment and, in particular, the agricultural, livestock, gardening, forestry, landscaping and natural environment management sectors.
The key to our success is our accompaniment in the construction of each young person’s personal, professional and intellectual project. School, trainers, business and family, all together in order to make young entrepreneurs.
The Quintanes estate is located in Les Masies de Voltregà (Osona) and covers an area of 280 hectares with fields, woods and meadows. The central building is an 18th century manor house in privileged natural surroundings.
It has pavilions with classrooms, laboratories and workshops, as well as a student residence, a canteen with its own kitchen, a large garden area, sports facilities, a swimming pool and recreational areas.
